Chorale Le Chateau - based in New York City - has already developed a remarkable reputation for its vivid interpretations of vocal literature, from Renaissance to jazz, from the requiem to the spiritual, and from gospel to venturesome new music. Damien Sneed, the Artistic Director and Founder selected each singer from his personal experiences as a performer, professor and conductor over the past 15 years. Members hail from various parts of the world and come from various performing arts institutions and venues such as The Juilliard School, The Metropolitan Opera, Howard University, Yale University, The City University of New York and many more. Some of the members are Grammy award winners, college professors, students and ministers.
